We have commissioned a study of Manukau’s relative oil vulnerability. It shows the relative vulnerability of different parts of Manukau City to each other (not to the rest of Auckland or New Zealand).
The index is a combination of factors, using mainly 2006 census data, including the distances that households travel to work and the relative social and economic deprivation.
