Here we consider two possible scenarios. This one on the left supports a change to a low greenhouse gas emitting economy. That would include a high uptake of renewable non fossil fuel based energy. The resulting increase in temperature until 2050 would be relatively small. On the right we see a higher overall increase in temperature.
