What Could be a National and Local Individual Strategy?

How can an individual influence National and Local strategy?

  • We need a strategy, where do we start?

 

  • Stretch goals, short and long-term

 

  • National to local, even individual targets

 

  • Incentivise the right approaches, technologies and economic activity

 

  • Support community activities, transition towns and energy descent plans

 

  • Define prosperity in the broadest meaning of the word

Change is required at all scales. Individuals can make a difference but they can certainly be assisted by their  local and national governments, who set policy that can assist or work against the direction communities want to head in. So consider what direction is important and then ensure your politicians get that message.
