Clevedon is predominately a rural area of Manukau City and includes a number of inland and coastal settlements such as Whitford, Beachlands, Maraetai, Clevedon, Kawakawa Bay and Orere Point.

Demographic Profile
Clevedon residents are comprised of 81% European and 8% Maori, with the rest of the population consisting of 2% Pacific Peoples and 2% Asian. Residents are engaged in manufacturing and construction and 30% of adults are either self-employed or employing workers.
